EOAFRICA Webinar: Global flood monitoring and Surface Soil Moisture anomalies

The webinar will describe ways to monitor flood events and surface soil moisture on a global scale, using microwave Earth Observation data.
The webinar will be executed under the framework of the EO AFRICA R&D Facility by TU Wien.
