The workshop, taking place within the framework of the 3rd Marine Technologies Workshop, has the following objectives:
- Discover new uses of Earth Observation data for science and society
- Attract new Earth Observation data users in particular from South and Central Atlantic
- Gather at an international meeting with Earth Observation Experts and New Users
- Collect and report information about the needs and goals of new users.
It is open to technicians and scientists from marine-related activities, addressing Fisheries and Aquaculture, Spatial Planning, Coastal and Risk Management, Security and Pollution sectors.
