Consistent Rice Information for Sustainable Policy (CRISP) aims to scale up advanced and cost-effective Earth Observation (EO) solutions to provide information on seasonal rice planted area, growing conditions, yield forecast, and production at harvest. To achieve this objective and to ensure that the designed solution meets the needs of users, a user-oriented approach will be adopted.
