The project aims to build a Collaborative Research Network (CRN) to foster collaborations among Earth Observation and Transformative Technologies researchers and experts. The CRN will be created through different schemes, whose common goal is to attract, towards ESA Φ-lab, key leaders in the sectors mentioned above.
