SUMMARY:Training session on Copernicus Data Access (Spanish)
DESCRIPTION:ESA\, the Water Observatory of the Faculty of Science and Technology of the National University of Itapúa\, the Space Agency of Paraguay and the Joint Commission from Argentina and Paraguay for the Paraná River organised an online training session dedicated to the access of Copernicus Sentinel data. \nThe session featured access to the data in various ways: via EO Browser\, via the Copernicus Open Access Hub\, and via the ESA SNAP Software (Product Library tool)\, including an introduction to each of them. The training was highly interactive and provided hands-on experience\, allowing for time to repeat each of the steps and discuss with the trainer. \nNearly 300 users took part in this event. The majority were students\, researchers\, academic teachers and professionals\, coming especially from institutions in Paraguay but also from Perú\, México\, Ecuador\, Bolivia\, Argentina\, Chile\, Colombia\, Honduras\, Panama\, Costa Rica and Spain. \nThe session was held in Spanish. Attendance was free and registration was  required. More information in the official website. \nAccess the materials (slides and video) from the icon below. \n  \n\n  \nEl Observatorio del Agua de la Facultad de Ciencias y Tecnología (FaCyT) de la Universidad Nacional de Itapúa (UNI)\, la Agencia Espacial Europea (ESA) y la Agencia Espacial del Paraguay (AEP)\, con el Apoyo de la Comisión Mixta Paraguayo Argentina del Río Paraná\, organizaron una sesión online de formación dedicada al acceso de datos de los Copernicus Sentinels. \nLa sesión presentó varias maneras de acceder a los datos: desde EO Browser\, desde el Copernicus Open Access Hub\, y desde el software de la ESA SNAP (herramienta Product Library)\, incluyendo una introducción a cada uno de ellos. La sesión fue interactiva y permitió adquirir experiencia práctica directa\, con espacios reservados para que los participantes repitieran cada etapa y consultaran con la instructora. \nEn torno a 300 usuarios tomaron parte en el evento. La mayoría eran estudiantes\, investigadores\, docentes académicos y profesionales\, afiliados a diversas instituciones de Paraguay pero también de Perú\, México\, Ecuador\, Bolivia\, Argentina\, Chile\, Colombia\, Honduras\, Panamá\, Costa Rica y España. \nLa sesión se hizo en Español.
