SUMMARY:RUS webinar: crop mapping with Sentinel-2 focusing on algorithms
DESCRIPTION:This webinar will demonstrate how data from Copernicus Sentinel-2 can serve the purpose of crop mapping using different types of classification algorithms (supervised and unsupervised) in the R language. The study area will be the Guadalquivir Marshes near Seville\, Spain. \nThe webinar will also show how to access the RUS environment to download\, process\, analyze and visualize the free data acquired by the Copernicus satellites. It will end with a Q&A session. \nApply from Monday 5th of July 2021 – Tuesday 20th of July 2021 \nThe RUS Service is funded by the European Commission\, managed by the European Space Agency and operated by CSSI and its partners. Serco Italia SPA is leading the RUS Training component. \n
