SUMMARY:RUS Remote Training: Land Subsidence with Sentinel-1 data using SNAP
DESCRIPTION:RUS-Copernicus is organising a remote hands-on training session that will use the SAR interferometry (InSAR) technique to identify and map land subsidence over Mexico City. The session will use Sentinel-1 data and the ESA SNAP Sentinel-1 Toolbox. \nThe session will consist of a live demonstration\, followed by a time to repeat the exercise on pre-configured RUS Virtual Machines with live support from the RUS EO expert team. The session will close with live Q&A. \nSpace is limited and participants will be selected to attend on the basis of the questionnaire filled in at application. \nApply from Monday 19th of April 2021 – Sunday 2nd of May 2021 \nThe RUS Service is funded by the European Commission\, managed by the European Space Agency and operated by CSSI and its partners. Serco Italia SPA is leading the RUS Training component. \n
