DESCRIPTION:The 6th Training in Atmospheric Composition Monitoring and Modelling will be held in Oslo\, Norway\, from 16 to 20 September 2024 at the Climate and Research Institute NILU. \nOrganized by the ECMWF with CAMS\, ESA\, and EUMETSAT\, this in-person course offers a comprehensive introduction to the end-to-end processes of atmospheric composition monitoring. \nTopics include emissions inventories\, data assimilation\, remote sensing techniques\, and operational applications for policy needs. \nTargeted at postgraduate students\, researchers\, and professionals\, participants will develop skills in handling atmospheric data. Space is limited to 30 on-site participants\, with some lectures streamed online. \n
